Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the x9d platform — whether through a web browser, mobile app, or any other device — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must cease using the x9d platform immediately.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and x9d as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any published changes to the Terms is considered acceptance of the updated Terms. x9d reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, and such changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page.
Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from using the x9d platform. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the legal age of majority under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
Account Creation & Security
To access x9d's full suite of services, you are required to register one personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts, fake accounts, or accounts registered using another person's identity are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without notice or refund.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. x9d reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. Failure to submit the requested verification may result in account suspension or closure.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Any activity that occurs through your account — whether with or without your knowledge — is your responsibility. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As an x9d user, you agree to use this platform for lawful and appropriate purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to access or interact with the platform without prior written consent from x9d.
- Manipulating, hacking, or attempting to interfere with the systems, servers, or networks associated with the x9d platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, or activity intended to deceive the betting system or other users.
- Transferring funds between user accounts to circumvent required compliance checks or verification processes.
- Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
- Posting, transmitting, or distributing unlawful, offensive, or harmful content through any communication feature on the platform.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure without any refund of existing balances, and x9d reserves the right to pursue legal action where necessary.
Payment Information & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on the x9d platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via approved payment methods including FPX online banking, local e-wallets, and QR code scanning. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
All withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the x9d account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. x9d reserves the right to conduct compliance checks before approving any withdrawal, including requesting additional identity verification documents.
X9d is not responsible for any delays, failures, or errors caused by third-party payment systems, banks, or financial service providers. Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and current. Any costs incurred due to errors in payment information provided by the user are the user's sole responsibility.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
The x9d platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties regarding continuity of service, accuracy of information, or fitness for any particular purpose. x9d does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, free from technical errors, or free from viruses and other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x9d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform — including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or business disruption.
Users acknowledge that all betting and gaming activities conducted through x9d carry financial risk. The decision to participate in any game or bet is entirely at the user's own discretion and responsibility. x9d encourages responsible use and provides relevant resources on the Responsible Gaming.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
X9d reserves the right to suspend, temporarily restrict, or close any user account if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform in a manner that is harmful to other users or the integrity of the platform.
In the event of account closure due to a violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the circumstances and the decision of x9d management. x9d's decision in such matters is final. Users may also request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting customer support. Before the closure is processed, any eligible balance will be refunded via the original payment method, subject to the necessary compliance checks.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and materials found on the x9d platform are the property of x9d or our authorised licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from x9d.
The x9d platform may contain links or references to third-party services that are outside of x9d's control. Such links are provided for convenience only, and x9d accepts no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or service.
X9d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the current applicable terms. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
